On 8 and 9 April, partners of the Demo-BLog project gathered in Delft for one of the last General Assemblies of the project before its conclusion in December 2026. The meeting was hosted by TU Delft and provided a valuable opportunity to take stock of progress, align on next steps, and meet with the advisory board.
What was on the agenda?
The discussions focused on the continued development of Digital Building Logbooks (DBLs) and their role in supporting a more transparent, data-driven approach to the renovation and decarbonisation of Europe’s building stock. Partners shared updates on technical work, including progress within key work packages, as well as insights from ongoing pilot activities.
During the meeting with the project’s advisory board, BPIE presented the policy roadmap it has developed for the implementation of DBLs across Europe. The board members provided feedback on the document and recognised the relevance of the roadmap in the current political context. The meeting also included a debrief on the status of each Demo-BLog pilot, as well as a lively discussion on end-of-project recommendations. Partners looked ahead to the final phase of the project, discussing dissemination activities and the upcoming final conference.
